Data Deletion Request

Loop Logic, operated by Globiq FZE (Sharjah, UAE), lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including data received through the WhatsApp Business Platform, Telegram, or web chat.

Email hello@globiqsolutions.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• The phone number, name, or email you used when contacting the business.
• The business (Merchant) you were in contact with, if known.

We will verify the request and delete your personal data — or forward the request to the relevant Merchant who controls it — within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.

If you have a Loop Logic account, you can delete individual records from your dashboard, or email us to close your account and permanently erase all associated data. Some records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

• Your conversation history (messages, voice notes, photos).
• Your contact details stored in our system (phone number, name, email).
• Any quotes or leads associated with you, unless legally required to be retained.
