Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Loop Logic, an AI sales-assistant platform operated by Globiq FZE, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“Loop Logic”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Loop Logic lets businesses (“Merchants”) deploy an AI assistant that answers buyer enquiries, generates quotes, and manages follow-ups across web chat, Telegram, and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.

You agree not to use Loop Logic to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp, Telegram, or Meta platform policies.
• Break any applicable law, or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the service, or gain unauthorised access.
• Misrepresent prices, products, or your identity to buyers.

When using WhatsApp, you must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s platform terms.

Merchants are solely responsible for their catalog, pricing, tax details, and the quotes and commitments made to buyers through the service. Loop Logic generates drafts and automations as a tool; the Merchant remains the seller and the party legally responsible to the buyer.

The service integrates with third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), Google, Zoho, and email providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Loop Logic and its software, branding, and content are owned by Globiq FZE. You keep ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

Loop Logic uses AI to generate replies and quotes. Output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Merchants should review important quotes and messages before relying on them. We are not liable for decisions made solely on AI-generated content.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globiq FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
