Privacy Policy

Loop Logic is a software service operated by Globiq FZE, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“Loop Logic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Loop Logic provides an AI-powered sales-assistant platform that businesses (“Merchants”) use to respond to buyer enquiries, generate quotes, and manage follow-ups across web chat, Telegram, and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have. If you contact a business through Loop Logic, that business is the controller of your conversation and Loop Logic acts as its processor.

• Account data — name, email address, business name, and password (stored hashed) for Merchants who sign up.
• Conversation data— messages, voice notes, and photos that buyers send through web chat, Telegram, or WhatsApp, plus the AI’s replies. This may include the buyer’s phone number, name, and profile information made available by the messaging platform.
• Catalog & quote data — product lists, pricing, tax registration numbers (TRN), quotes, and invoices that Merchants upload or that the service generates.
• Integration data — tokens and identifiers for services a Merchant connects, such as accounting (Zoho), email, and messaging platforms.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To operate the AI sales assistant and generate replies, quotes, and follow-ups.
• To deliver messages to and from buyers on the channel they chose.
• To create and email PDF quotes and, where enabled, sync invoices to a Merchant’s accounting system.
• To provide Merchants with analytics about their own conversations and quotes.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content of buyer conversations for advertising.

When a Merchant connects WhatsApp, messages are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We receive WhatsApp messages and the sender’s phone number and display name solely to respond to the enquiry on the Merchant’s behalf. We do not share this data with Meta beyond what is required to deliver the message.

We use trusted service providers to run Loop Logic. Each processes data only on our instructions:

• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp message delivery.
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — AI model that generates replies; processed under Google’s enterprise terms (not used to train public models).
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Zoho — accounting/invoicing, only for Merchants who connect it.
• Postmark — transactional email delivery for quotes.
• Telegram — owner notifications and approvals.

We retain conversation and quote data for as long as the Merchant’s account is active, so the Merchant can refer back to past enquiries. When an account is closed, associated data is deleted within 90 days, except where we must keep records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time:

• Buyers — email hello@globiqsolutions.com with the phone number or name you used, and we will delete your conversation data, or pass the request to the relevant Merchant, within 30 days.
• Merchants — delete records from your dashboard, or email us to close your account and erase all associated data.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted, and integration tokens are stored securely. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
